श के मजदूरों की यूनियनों/संगठनों द्वारा लिये गये फैसलानूसार 08-09 जनवरी-2019 को होने वाली दो दिवसीय देश व्यापी हडताल को सफल बनाने हेतू जनपद में निम्म कार्यक्रम करने की सूचना।

अनुरोध यह कि सभी मेहनत कशों को रु0-20,000/- मासिक वेतन देने, ठेका कर्मियों को उसी स्थान पर पक्का करने, मजदूरों के बच्चों को बेहतर शिक्षा, स्वास्थ, मकान व समाजिक सुरक्षा देने आदि सहित राष्ट्रीय माॅंगों के साथ ही जिला स्तर पर उत्पन्न मजदूरों की माॅंगें लम्बित है। जिस पर आपको व आपके माध्यम से माननीय प्रधानमंत्री व मुख्यमंत्री को जनपद के मजदूरों ने बडे-बडे आन्दोलन कर ज्ञापन दिये है, परन्तू उनकी समस्यों/माॅंगों का कोई सम्मान जनक हल नही हुआ है, पर व देश के मजदूर की यूनियनों/संगठनों द्वारा लिये गये फैसलानूसार 08-09 जनवरी-2019 को होने वाली दो दिवसीय देश व्यापी हडताल को सफल बनाने हेतू जनपद के मजदूर संगठनों द्वारा ने निम्म कार्यक्रम करने का फैसला लिया है। जो कि इस प्रकार हैः- 1. यह कि 08-09 जनवरी-2019 को जनपद के मजदूर संगठन से सम्बन्धित सभी यूनियनों के सदस्य अपन-अपनेे कार्य का बहिष्कार कर अपने-अपने संस्थानों से जलूस निकाल कर दो दिवसीय देश व्यापी हडताल में हिस्सेदारी करेगें। 2. यह कि दिनाॅंक 24.12.2018 व 25.12.2018 को मजदूर बस्तियों, ग्रामीण कालोनियों व औद्योगिक क्षेत्रों में नुक्कड नाटक का

सीटू की अपील केन्द्र सरकार की जन विरोधी घातक नीतियों के खिलाफ 8-9 जनवरी 2019 की राष्ट्रव्यापी हडताल को कामयाब बनाओ

 नोएडा सोमवार 17 दिसम्बर 2018, केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा लागू की जा रही मजदूर विरोधी नीतियों के खिलाफ 8 एवं 9 जनवरी 2019 को होने वाली  हड़ताल की तैयारी के लिए चल रहे अभियान के तहत होजरी काम्पलेक्स फैस-2 नोएडा में नुक्कड़ सभा का आयोजन किया नुक्कड़ सभा को सीटू जिला कमेटी गौतमबुध्दनगर के नेता गंगेश्वर दत्त शर्मा, रामस्वारथ, मास्टर देव नारायण आदि ने सम्बोधित किया ।  वक्ताओं ने आरोप लगाया कि केन्द्र सरकार पूंजीपतियों के पक्ष की नीतियों पर चल रही है और सारे कानूनों को उनके पक्ष में बदला जा रहा है। पिछले 125 वर्षों से मजदूर वर्ग के संघर्षों से मजदूर कर्मचारियों की सुरक्षा एवं अधिकारों की रक्षा के लिये बने सभी 44 श्रम कानूनों को बदल कर उसे निष्प्रभावी बनाया जा रहा है। फिक्स टर्म एमप्लाईमेंट के नाम पर अध्यादेश के माध्यम से नियम बनाकर मजदूर-कर्मचारियों को सभी कानूनों से वंचित करने का काम मोदी सरकार ने किया है, जिससे मजदूर बंधुआ मजदूरों जैसी स्थिति में बदले जायेंगे। महंगाई लगातार बढ रही है, लेकिन मजदूरों को जीने लायक वेतन नही दिया जा रहा है। न्यूनतम वेतन 18000 रुपये किये जाने की केन्द्रीय श्रमिक

सरकार की मजदूर विरोधी जनविरोधी नीतियों के खिलाफ हड़ताल की तैयारी

नोएडा शनिवार 15 दिसम्बर 2018, जन मुद्दों एवं  केन्द्र व प्रदेश सरकार की मजदूर विरोधी जनविरोधी नीतियों के खिलाफ एवं मजदूरों के न्यूनतम वेतन में बढ़ोत्तरी सहित विभिन्न मांगों पर केन्द्रीय ट्रेड यूनियनों कें आह्वान पर 8-9 जनवरी, 2019 को होने वाली हड़ताल की तैयारी के लिए चल रहे अभियान के तहत अखिल भारतीय जनवादी महिला समिति और सीटू जिला कमेटी गौतमबुध्दनगर ने जे जे कालाेनी बरौला सैक्टर-49 नोएडा पर आम सभा का आयोजन किया गया जिसे महिला समिति नेता आशा यादव, सीटू नेता गंगेश्वर दत्त शर्मा, मदन प़साद, ने सम्बोधित किया और मेहनतकश आम जनता के मुद्दों पर होने वाली 8-9 जनवरी 2019 की हड़ताल में शामिल होने के लिए अपील किया ।

Eradication of Child Labour  PIB, 18th July 2018  Child Labour is an outcome of various socio-economic problems such as poverty, economic backwardness, illiteracy etc. As per 2011 Census, the number of main workers in the age group of 5-14 years in the country is 43.53 lakh which shows a decline from 57.79 lakh as per 2001 Census. Under Legislative action plan Government has enacted the Child Labour (Prohibition & Regulation) Amendment Act, 2016 which came into force w.e.f 01.09.2016.  The Amendment Act, inter alia, provides for complete prohibition on employment or work of children below 14 years and also prohibits employment of adolescents (14-18 years) in hazardous occupations and processes.
